The Role - UI/UX Designer:
NoriSpace is on the lookout for a UI/UX Designer to join our Planning Team, where your creativity will fuel the innovation of our work environments. As a key player in delivering new technology across various sectors, you’ll help propel our business growth by:
• Designing UI/UX for web apps, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Creating and managing design systems and assets.
• Branding and visualizing our business model.
• Planning and overseeing our automation solution services, including user testing and usability analysis.
• Conducting market and service research to ensure our offerings are cutting-edge and user-centric.
We're Searching for Someone With:
• 3 to 5 years in web app UI/UX design or planning, with a portfolio to showcase.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.).
• Experience in multi-platform UX/UI design.
• Ability to manage service projects as a product owner.
• Fluent communication skills in English and no restrictions on international travel.
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
• Experience launching and operating services through design leadership and collaboration.
• Familiarity with the entire service lifecycle, from planning to launch and optimization.
• A strong understanding of design systems, visual hierarchy, and data-driven service improvement.
• Sympathy for Growth Hacking and Lean Startup methodologies.
