Korea's leading skincare brand Celimax is looking for a performance marketer.
Celimax is a skincare brand that tries our best to develop our products to the needs of customers. We develop our products based on surveys and interviews with thousands of customers, listening to valuable feedback of over 50,000 customers for the last three years. We devote more than a year to research in order to create products that works just how our customers want them to be like.
Based on success of our products such as the Ji Woo Gae Heartleaf Peeling Pad, selling 3.5 million units, and the Noni Ampoule, ranking No. 1 on Olive Young, we plan to use our know-how in the Korean market to expand into global markets.
We don't plan on becoming a brand that promotes ourselves to make impossible miracles come true. We plan to become a brand that offers products that customers with skin problems trust and continue to use.
Responsibilities
- Look up influencers in Southeast Asia and English markets, and reach out to the influencers
- Advertise through influencer product placements (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- Help with the brand's social media channels and viral social media content
- Manage Southeast Asian retailers
- Simple market research tasks
Minimum qualifications
- Those who are fluent in English and are comfortable using it
- Those who love cosmetics and skincare
- Those who like using TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter
- Those who are fluent in Korean
Preferred qualifications
- Those who lived abroad for 2 years or more (Foreigners can also apply)
- Those who can use Google Spreadsheets or Excel
- Those who like to grow and make accomplishments
- Those who are proactive and like trying new things
- Those who have an optimistic attitude even when they face difficult challenges
In this role, you can:
- Experience how influencer marketing works, promoting Celimax's main product lines
- Learn Celimax's e-commerce know-how and experience of other POs of developing a brand from scratch, to 20 billion won
- The ability to go ahead with your own ideas, getting incentives based on your performance and teamwork capabilities
